Washington County Free Library will be hosting Maryland’s Giant Traveling Map at the Fletcher Library in Hagerstown from 12:00pm-2:00pm. A NatGeo  certified educator will supervise activities on the giant map.

National Geographic certified educators supervise this drop-in event that is designed to increase geographic awareness. What better way to teach young people the power of maps and the limitless depth of geography than a 20’X16′ map of Maryland on which they can explore, hop around, compete, collaborate and have lots of fun?
